Handcrafted in pure cashmere at a Scottish mill whose craft goes back more than 250 years, the scarf is woven with care, its check precise and its two tones well defined. Wear it with an oatmeal jumper and dark jeans, over a grey flannel jacket, or with a green quilted coat. Looped twice it sits snug, and hung loose it gives a longer line.

Each scarf is made in 35 steps, and the last is done by hand: a brushing with teasels to raise the fibres. Soft, light and rich in colour, it is made to be kept for life.
