This shipping policy gives details of the delivery methods, shipping periods, and shipping charges that apply to any orders for our products made through our website. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.
If the address for shipping of your order is a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Standard Delivery, Next Working Day, or Saturday Delivery from the following delivery methods. If the address for shipping of your order is not a UK mainland address, then you will be able to select Europe Shipping or Rest of the World Shipping from the following delivery methods :
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)
- Europe Shipping (3-5 working days)
- Rest of the World Shipping (5-7 working days)
This table indicates the typical shipping periods for the different delivery methods. If you place your order after 1 pm on a working day, or on a non-working day, these periods run from the close of business on the next following working day. These periods are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the specified period.
Shipping charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. This table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Shipping method Charges:

* Orders after 1 pm will be processed on the next working day.
* Monday-Thursday. Friday orders are dispatched the same day but might not arrive until Monday.
Additional Shipping & Collections
If the shipping attempt is unsuccessful, our shipping service providers will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your product. Such instructions will include a time limit for collection. Once dispatched, any non-delivered items are not the responsibility of the seller until returned to sender, at which time a refund will be processed.
If you experience any problems with deliveries, please contact us by email at email@example.com or through our contact form on our website. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery. You provided the wrong address for shipping.
There is a mistake in the address for shipping that was provided.
The address for delivery is not reasonably accessible.
The address for delivery cannot safely be accessed.
Where the personal receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
