2. Store Pick-up

If it works better for you to pick up your online purchase in person, simply check for a convenient option from our list of participating stores and their opening times link.

Check the shipping table for information on lead times.

Once the parcel arrives to the store, you have 14 day to pick up. Simply present your order confirmation and your photo ID at the store to collect.

3. Free online returns

Free returns are available within 14 days of your online order delivery date.

Simply enter on My Account or click here.

Please note that the items must be in re-saleable condition and that personalised items are non-exchangeable, non-refundable.

4. Exchange in Store

You can visit one of our retail stores within 30 days after the date of purchase using the delivery note included in the package.

Exchanges cannot be done at outlets, franchises or department stores. Exchanges are not available in South Korea retail stores.

5. Gifts

All items purchased as a gift are gift-wrapped on a complimentary basis and include a personalised note that you specify when confirming your purchase.

Gifts are shipped in brand-free boxing and no price is included in the delivery documentation.

Discounts & Promotional Codes

1. How Do I Use Discount or Promotional Codes?

You need to enter your discount / promo code on the cart page. Under your order details, you'll see "Coupon" – simply click on this and enter your code in the box.

Once you've entered the code, click on 'Apply Coupon' and it will apply to your order. You'll be able to check this underneath the items as the discount value will have been removed and the price amended. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it can't be applied later.

2. Terms

Only one discount/promo code can be used per order

Discount/promo codes cannot be used for gift vouchers.

As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes
