Small Solid Grey Cashmere Scarf

We make this solid grey scarf at Edinburgh Cashmere, a Scottish heritage brand, from pure extra fine cashmere in a soft, even shade that feels composed and endlessly adaptable. The cloth is woven at a Scottish mill with a history of more than 250 years, then dyed so the grey reads clean and level from edge to edge. Fold it, drape it or loop it once. A neutral like this slips into any outfit with ease, whatever the season.

Each scarf we make is shaped by 35 stages, among them dyeing, weaving, washing and finishing. We end with a gentle hand-brushing using teasels, a long-established technique that lifts the fibres to a plush, cloud-soft touch. It is a grey you will reach for daily, made to be worn for years to come.
