DESCRIPTION

Soft cream, so light you barely notice it. This solid cream scarf from Edinburgh Cashmere, a Scottish heritage brand, is made from pure extra fine cashmere in a soft, even cream. Its compact proportions keep it light and close at the neck, and its gentle tone sits easily with navy, charcoal, camel and denim.

Woven at a mill with more than 250 years of manufacturing history, the cloth is fine, smooth and supple, with an even colour and a tidy fringe. Loop it once, tuck it beneath a collar or let it hang loose; it is easy to wear and easy to carry.

Each scarf is made in 35 steps, from dyeing and weaving to washing and finishing, and completed by hand with a gentle brushing of teasels, a traditional method that leaves the cashmere airy and soft against the skin. It is a small scarf in a soft shade, made to be kept.
