This solid colour scarf from Edinburgh Cashmere is made from pure extra fine cashmere, chosen for its softness and finished with a precision that shows in the evenness of every shade. The eight colourways, Green, Brown, Camel, Black, Red, Light Blue, Gray and Dark Blue, run from earthy neutrals to clearer, brighter tones.

Its quiet details set it apart: a lasting, even colour, careful weaving and a clean finish at the fringe. It sits comfortably at the neck, drapes smoothly over the shoulders and adds a considered touch to relaxed everyday dressing, at home or out for the day.

Thirty-five steps separate raw fibre from finished scarf, from dyeing and weaving to washing and finishing. The last is done by hand with teasels, a traditional method that coaxes the fibres into a supple, downy softness. It is a scarf made with patience, and made to be kept.
