To ensure the security of transactions, Edinburgh Cashmere carries out processing for the purposes of risk assessment and fraud prevention on the internet. In addition, to guarantee the security of the transactions, we carry out controls requesting additional information.
We reserve the right to cancel transactions if necessary, and any order, if the requested information is not provided accordingly.

According to our terms and conditions, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
SHIPPING
Log in to My Account or check the tracking number you will find in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that during non-working days, this information may remain unchanged.
We offer a 24-hour delivery service within the UK only. You can check the estimated delivery time for your country or region here.
Please note that the 24-hour delivery service applies to orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed after this time will not be eligible for next-day delivery and will be delivered on the following working day.
Next-day delivery is not available for orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday.
Deliveries are made between 08:00–19:00 and may require a signature upon receipt to ensure the safe delivery of your order.

All purchases made at Edinburgh Cashmere are presented in our signature packaging. Each item is carefully protected in a solid packaging box and placed inside our exclusive signature gift box, accompanied by a matching gift bag.
We may also offer special packaging collections at selected times of the year. Please refer to the product page to see the packaging available at the time of purchase.
Edinburgh Cashmere considers all orders as potential gifts and presents them with signature packaging. You can also include a personalised note when confirming your purchase. We do not include any price documents in the package.
Yes, we offer international shipping to various countries. Please expect a shipping time of 5-7 days for ‘Rest of the World’ orders. We charge a very minimal shipping fee of just £25.00 for international shipping. Please refer to our shipping policy on the website for more detailed information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You can contact our support team at sale@edinburghcashmere.co.uk. They will review your order and provide you with a return label. Please take the return label to your nearest post office, show it to the staff, and they will process your return free of charge. The post office will give you a receipt. Please keep it and share it with our support team so they can track your return.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will process your refund.

Register on Edinburgh Cashmere, and you can enjoy:

In My Account, you can see a list of your orders and reservations with updated status. You can find returns management, labels and status information and keep track of your Wishlist with your favourite products. You can also manage your saved delivery addresses, which you can update at any time.

Log out of your account and go to ‘My Account’. Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ option, and you will receive an email with a link. Follow the link to set your new password. If you have any problems, please contact our Contact Us Service team.

Yes, you can subscribe to the "Notify me when available" field on the product page, and we will notify you if the item comes back in stock. Please note that this will not reserve the product for you.
